We had a great time at the property with our 6 year old son. The house was gorgeously furnished and spotlessly clean. A beautiful house and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. However, we expected basics to be provided for when we arrived. I understand it is a European custom to have to make your own beds. However, not having ANY cleaning products including hand soap, washing up liquid and simple surface cleaner I feel, is substandard. I would also have expected for there to have been at least a handful of laundry products. Especially given we had flown directly from the UK and were unable to bring any of these items with us. If we had had these it would have been a 5 star review from us. We had to wait until we'd been shopping to use any of the bathroom facilities. Also, the larger tub control panel was faulty, you were unable to put any of the jets on which was disappointing. The Gentleman who knocked was extremely friendly and apologised for this and said he was ordering parts, so hopefully this will be sorted for the next guests.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einer super großen Jacuzzi. Es gibt jedoch ein bisschen Rückstand bei der Instandhaltung des Hauses, was man für einen doch recht hohen Preis nicht erwartet. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Pluspunkte und Minuspunkte Kaatsheuvel Pluspunkte: schönes, geräumiges Haus, stilvoll eingerichtet, große Zimmer, große Küche und überall sehr viel Stauraum. Lage direkt neben einem Wald, wo man schöne Spaziergänge oder Fahrradtouren machen kann. Bei Problemen sofortige Reaktion. Haus ist gut eingezäunt für einen kleinen Hund von 8 kg. Waschmaschine + Trockner. Ruhige Umgebung (wenig Störung von den angrenzenden Parks, manchmal etwas laute Musik, aber nie lange). Supermärkte innerhalb von 5 km. Waalwijk hat ein nettes Zentrum. Tipp: Mieten Sie ein Fatbike bei Brabants genoegen. Minuspunkte: Gärtner und derjenige, der die Wasserkontrolle des Whirlpools durchführte, kamen nach 3 Tagen einfach von hinten. Der Whirlpool funktionierte mehrmals nicht. Keine Wäschekörbe im Haus, keine Ofenhandschuhe, keinen Stampfer, keinen Haartrockner. Die Kissen der großen Couch drinnen sind schmutzig, die von draußen noch dreckiger. Die Schränke waren nicht geputzt. Der Duschabfluss riecht. Das Licht über der Dusche funktioniert nicht. Keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilatoren.

Unser Besuchsgrund war der Besuch vom Freizeitpark Efteling und Bobbejaanland. Der Aufenhalt in der Villa 5 war sehr angenehm. Wir haben es sehr genossen den Whirlpool zu benuzen. Es war ein schöner und gelungener Aufenthalt, vielen Dank dafür.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Geräumige Wohnung, Schlafzimmer groß genug und große bodengleiche Dusche. Es gibt zwar keine Badewanne, aber das war kein Problem. Aufgrund der Holzböden ist es etwas hellhörig, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Schöne geräumige Küche. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön zum Radfahren oder Wandern.

Das Haus ist groß und hell durch die vielen Fenster. Es ist sehr gemütlich und man fühlt sich direkt sehr wohl und willkommen. Die Küche ist der perfekte Ort um gemeinsam zu Kochen und auch zu Essen. Der außen Bereich ist perfekt nicht zu groß nicht zu klein und alles was man zum entspannen braucht ist vorhanden.  Wir hatten 5 sehr schöne Tage und auch die Umgebung sollte erkundet werden, am besten zu Fuß, traumhaft.
