The apartment is quiet, central, and sunny, just a few minutes' walk from the public swimming pool, spa park, and town center. A bus stop, the Zugspitze cog railway, hiking trails, and a cross-country ski track are also nearby.
You can park conveniently on the property. One pet is warmly welcome for an extra charge. Smoking and parties are not allowed.
Homemade products are available, and there is a storage room for bikes and skis. Information on proper waste separation is provided. The accommodation is equipped to save light and water.
