This cosy holiday rental on the 2nd floor, with a certain retro charm, is located on Ludwigstraße, a desirable residential area just a 5-minute walk from the Baltic Sea. The beach, 200 metres away, can be reached via a public staircase on a hillside.
It features a combined living and dining room with a large corner sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a beautiful dining table with 4 chairs. From there, you can step out onto the furnished south/west-facing balcony, which offers a view of the forest and a small glimpse of the Baltic Sea. On warm days, the balcony features both an awning and a parasol.

The separate built-in kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are also provided.
The spacious bedroom, featuring a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and nightstands, includes a wardrobe, an additional table with two chairs, and even a changing station for our youngest guests. A travel cot and a high chair can also be provided free of charge upon request.
The second bedroom features two single beds, another closet, and a cosy sofa.
In addition to the quite spacious shower room with a toilet, a window letting in natural light, and a double sink, there is another guest bathroom with a sink.
A bicycle storage room and a coin-operated washing machine are available in the building.
The apartment includes a private garage (H 1.90 / W 2.05 / L 4.70 m). Wi-Fi is available. Pets are not allowed here. This is a non-smoking apartment.
