Solide, aber nicht optimales PL-Verhältnis
Die Lage ist nicht so zentral wie angegeben, aber dennoch gut. Es sind eher 15 min bis zum Stadtkern, aber das ist sicherlich eine Sache der Definition. Die Sauberkeit war ok, aber es war beispielsweise eine offene und geruchsintensive Dose Bohnen im Kühlschrank zu finden. Das es kein WLAN und keinen Fön gibt ist für das Preissegment einfach schade. Am negativsten war jedoch die Dusche. Die Armatur muss dringend gewechselt werden. Das Wasser einzustellen war nicht sonderlich einfach und Veränderungen kamen sehr zeitverzögert. Es ist wenig Platz in der Dusche und wenn der Vorhang nicht richtig hängt, wird der Duschvorleger zu nass. Alles ok, aber eben nicht für den Preis. Die Wohnung ist sonst gut eingerichtet. Modern und ordentlich. Man kann sich hier wohlfühlen. Der Parkplatz ist super. Die Lage gut. Das Bett ist bequem, auch wenn man nachts nicht das Fenster aufhaben kann, weil es dann zu laut ist. Wenn man das Kleingeld hat, dann ist es ok dort, aber eben mit Abstrichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett!
