SUMMARY (short):
Relaxed, fully fenced & peaceful bach made up of 3 pods. Dog friendly, great for kids. Basic but very cosy with everything you need — outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit & extra outdoor shower/toilet. Sleeps 4 adults + kids.

MAIN DESCRIPTION:
Relax with the whole whānau at this fully fenced, peaceful bach at Waiotahe — plenty of room for kids and the dog to run around!

Set up as 3 separate pods:

Main Pod: Shower + toilet, kitchenette and washing machine. Big deck with outdoor table bbq and kitchen sink with hot water.

Long Cabin: Queen bed, single + pull-out trundler.

Second Cabin: Queen bed + pull-out couch. Spare mattress available if needed.

Outside: Extra outdoor hot shower and toilet in shed, outdoor kitchen bench + BBQ, outdoor heating if needed, and a fire pit for the evenings.

Sleeps 4 adults comfortably and 2+ kids, plus pull-out couch.

BYO linen or linen can be provided on request - just let us know.

Extras:
Option to have caravan (plug-in power box) or tents on front yard for extra guests — extra charge applies, just ask.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

The lock box is on the pole on left as you go up the stairs. Those keys open all the cabins.

If you do washing just ensure nothing breakable is on top of the machine as it may come off.

There is no wifi but a smart tv you can use hot spot for. There is a fire pit inside the black bag on top of freezer and please clean out and put back inside when you leave.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
