Travel cot and high chair available upon request. Linens and towels included. Free Wi-Fi, heating, and free parking nearby.<br><br>**All utilities included:** Electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi, linens, towels, and final cleaning are already included in the room rate—no hidden costs.<br><br>Dogs are welcome. Your hosts, the Schneider/Azevedo family, live in the same house and are personally available to assist you—whether you need hiking tips, restaurant recommendations, or suggestions for local wineries.<br><br>The KaRitz holiday rental is ideal for families with children, couples, hikers, dog owners, and visitors to the Nürburgring. Thanks to its central location in Königsfeld/Eifel, both nature and cultural and tourist attractions are within easy reach.<br><br>The spacious south-facing loggia invites you to sunbathe and relax. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available free of charge for your entertainment.<br>The holiday rental is located on the outskirts of Königsfeld, above Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, and offers immediate access to the great outdoors with a wide range of recreational activities. You can easily set out from here for hiking, mountain biking, and much more.<br><br>Among other things, the well-known Red Wine Hiking Trail, the Ahr Valley, the Eifelleiter premium hiking trail, the Nürburgring, and the entire Eifel region—all popular destinations—are worth mentioning first.<br>Furthermore, the Rhine Valley is in the immediate vicinity (Sinzig, Remagen), as is the pilgrimage site of Maria Laach.<br><br>We’d be happy to arrange shuttle transport for you from the train station in Sinzig, Remagen, or Bad Neuenahr to our location.
