Holiday home 'Les Bernaches Du Lédano - Vue Mer' on the banks of the Trieux, near the beach

Located just steps from the Lézardrieux bridge, along the GR 34 hiking trail and the Vélo Maritime route 4 from Roscoff to Kiev, "Les bernaches du Lédano" offers a sea view and is close to Lédano beach on the banks of the Trieux. Your host lives nearby and will be happy to share local tips and remains available if you need anything. Fully renovated in 2023-24, the house features a spacious, comfortable living room with kitchen and three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom (sink and shower), which is perfect for families or groups of friends. For added comfort, there is also a hand shower next to the WC.



In the ground floor bedroom, the two 90 cm beds can be joined to make a 180 cm double bed.



The area is ideal for walking, cycling, or exploring by car. Parking is available next to the house. The lively town of Paimpol, known for shopping, culture, and sports, is just 4 km away by car. Guests can reach Paimpol station by TER train from Guingamp, even with bicycles. The region offers many activities: swimming, coastal walking, heritage sites, culture, nature, festivals, cinema, hiking, horse riding, and water sports. Windsurfing and kite surfing are possible at high tide from Lédano beach. The garden next to the house is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the lawn, terrace, flowers, and aromatic plants.
