The 250m² finca is located in Biniamar, a town in north central Majorca, a sunny island in Spain's Balearic Islands. The finca has two floors with a staircase leading from the living space to the upper floor. The finca consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms (2 single beds with bathroom en suite with showers, 2 single beds with bathroom en suite with bathtub, 1 double bed with bathroom en suite with shower) on the first floor and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The finca features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a flat screen satellite television, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available (upon request).
Guests can relax outdoors in the furnished garden and cook in the grill area or sit in the large open and covered terraces equipped with comfortable lounge furniture and large dining table, all for private use. The outdoor area also has a private salt water swimming pool with showers and there is a natural pond with fish in it on the property.
The finca is situated amidst a beautiful Mediterranean landscape, only a 700 meters walk from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues in the small village Biniamar. The finca is also just 10 minutes (5 km) by car from the villages of Inca and Lloseta for other culinary and shopping destinations. The finca is a 30 to 35 minute (30 to 32 km) drive from beautiful Alcudia beach on Alcudia bay or sunny Plaltja de Can Pere Antoni beach on Palma bay. Guests can experience the natural beauty of the region in the Coll dels Tords and the Carmi de sa Bisbal hiking areas just 10 to 12 minutes (2.5 to 6.6 km) by car in the Tramuntana mountains. The Biniamar area has many cycling routes that wind through the stunning coastal and mountain landscape. Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 33 minute (38.5 km) drive from the finca.
Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed.
