The property is built on a ground floor and has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The whole house has central heating and air conditioning with individual controls for each room, in addition to WIFI.

This establishment offers an impressive kitchen with island and has all the appliances so you can enjoy family meals (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker). A large living-dining room with large sliding doors and large windows create the desired indoor / outdoor feeling where you can sit and enjoy the breathtaking views.

There are plenty of entertainment options provided by a flat-screen TV via satellite, DVD player, stereo and iPod connection.

Excellent villa and overall experience

Travelled with my wife and 3 year old daughter, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival, fridge was stocked with loads of food and drink items and villa was perfectly setup with numerous activities and toys for daughter including pool items. Would definitely recommend. Only thing I would raise to management is telling your cleaning team to take more time and attention on making sure everything is fully clean and safe before guests arrive as when we arrived, we noticed numerous small broken glass pieces on the front and driveway side of villa that were missed and luckily our daughter had her shoes on. Small detail but very important. Despite this enjoyed stay overall and will return.

Tolle Villa in ruhiger Lage

Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage. Die Ausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Obstkorb, der bei unserer Anreise für uns bereit stand. Küche: Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe Gläser und Tassen - alles ist in ausreichender Menge und guter Qualität vorhanden. Haus: Fast alles lässt sich elektronisch per Fernbedienung steuern. Spielmöglichkeiten: Tischtennisplatte in der Garage, großer Pool (einiges an Wasserspielzeug für Kinder vorhanden), Trampolin, Fussballtore (vor dem Haus). Die Lage ist schön ruhig - dennoch ist man sehr schnell auf der Autobahn. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel) in Inca - in ca. 7 Minuten Entfernung. Das Qutlet-Center erreicht man in 12 Minuten. Bessere Beschreibung der vielen Fernbedienungen. Die Funktionen waren häufig erst durch "ausprobieren" zu erkennen.
