Centrally located in Siegsdorf you will find our quietly located holiday home with a large natural garden in a sunny location. NEW: The Chiemgau Card is free of charge for our holiday guests. Your newly renovated holiday home offers space for 5 adults and 2 children (including a toddler up to 3 years). A covered carport and parking spaces directly at the house are available free of charge. Wi-Fi can also be used free of charge throughout the house. A south-facing balcony with bench and folding table invites you to stay comfortably. In the outdoor area near the front door there is a sheltered dining area and on the south side a terrace with seating and awning. Siegsdorf's train station (Bayerische Regiobahn), Rathausplatz and various shops and pharmacies are within a few minutes' walk. Many excursion destinations in the vicinity will make your holiday an experience. In Ruhpolding, 8km away, there is a climbing garden, summer toboggan run, a golf and mining golf course and an amusement park. The Hochfelln aerial cableway takes you from nearby Bergen to the summit at an altitude of almost 1,700m. By car you can reach Lake Chiemsee in 10 minutes, which invites you to swim, water sports and relax. For day trips, the Königssee region, Salzburg (30 minutes) and Rosenheim are ideal. Pets and parties are not allowed, smoking is not allowed in the house.

On the first floor there is the well-equipped kitchen with dining area (incl. high chair), the living room with couch and TV, a bedroom with single bed and bathroom with washing machine and separate toilet. The bright balcony room on the upper floor is equipped with a 1.80m wide double bed, sink, luggage rack and wardrobe as well as seating for 2 guests. Another room with two single beds (1m wide) and sink is located next to the second bathroom (with shower and toilet). Ideal for playing and sleeping for a child is the "Pirate's Cave" with a 1.90m long mattress (max. room height 1.80m, width 1.35m). A travel cot is available for a toddler and can be set up in each bedroom. Pillows, bed linen and towels are provided. In each room there is a radiator for the central heating system (except pirate rooms).
Siegsdorf offers a wide range of leisure activities, such as the Mammoth Museum, a heated outdoor swimming pool with gastronomy and the spa gardens with many games and recreational facilities. The Weiße Traun invites you to take a leisurely walk in the alluvial forest on both sides, where there is also a Kneipp pool. In addition, the Siegsdorfer Traun has become an Eldorado for fly fishermen. As a guest player, you can also use the tennis facility in the Rudhart district. A visit to the Adelholzen water world provides insights into the creation and bottling of the famous mineral water. You have the opportunity to start some hikes from our house. In winter, cross-country ski trails are available in the vicinity.
