'Gîte Le Gardien' with Shared Pool, Private Terrace, and Wi-Fi

La Moulinasse is a historic farmhouse near Ribérac and Aubeterre, restored into contemporary furnished gîtes while preserving its rural charm. Le Gardien is a spacious gîte for 4 or 5 guests, located in the barn. It features a living area with open kitchen, dining space, and lounge, a bathroom with shower, sink, heated towel rail, separate toilet, one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), and another with a single bed and bunk beds. Enjoy Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker, underfloor heating in the living area and bathroom, TV with DVD player (no TV channels), a furnished terrace, and barbecue. Bed linen and towels are included. A cot and high chair are available on request.

La Moulinasse is a historic farm located between Ribérac in Périgord Vert and Aubeterre-sur-Dronne. The buildings have been restored as vacation cottages, furnished in a contemporary style while preserving authentic rural character. Old and new blend harmoniously. Each cottage has its own entrance and a fully equipped private terrace.



There’s plenty to do in the area—a tourist information corner is at your disposal—but you can also enjoy the property, its swimming pool, and the peaceful surroundings. For children of all ages, there are many play areas, including a playground, ping-pong table, trampoline, foosball, and pétanque court.



Dogs are welcome under certain conditions. Please inquire in advance. Parties are not allowed to ensure the peace and comfort of all guests.

prachtig gerenoveerde gîtes met alle comfort op mooie locatie

Pros: Prachtige rustige plek om even te ontsnappen aan de dagelijkse drukte. Mooi domein met authentiek gerenoveerde én propere verblijven voorzien van alle comfort en met verschillende ontspanningsfaciliteiten op het terrein met onder andere het prima verzorgde zwembad. Niet te vergeten de warme ontvangst en bereidwilligheid van de host Kelly. Cons: Nihil
