Simple holiday home in first line of the bay in the best Cap Ferret location (Mimbeau) with fantastic bay views. In the main house there is the living room with TV, the kitchen with dining table, 1 bedroom with a double bed 1.60m and a shower room + toilet. In the garden house right next to it there is another bedroom with a 1.60m double bed and private shower room with toilet. Terrace, garden furniture, outdoor shower.
