Ferienhaus "Am Sandstein" mit Beheizter Steinterrasse

Built on foundations dating back to 1393, near the village of Ulsenheim in the southern Steigerwald region in the heart of Franconia, the Wildberghof has been run by our family since 1984. Following the loving renovation of our holiday castle, it is important to us to preserve the building’s structural integrity. We aim to combine the old with the new and demonstrate that history and progress can go hand in hand. Our guests stay in the stately little castle or in the modern wooden house. Since 2012, the Wildberghof has offered four beautiful holiday homes made of wood. Each home has a theme that is reflected not only in its name but also in its design—both inside and out. The “Am Sandstein” cottage is easy to find, as it is lovingly surrounded by a sandstone wall. With 70 m² of floor space, the cottage accommodates up to 5 people. The bathrooms immediately bring to mind the house’s name and captivate with their stone design. The bed is raised and is also 2.10 metres long. Brown and brick red are the dominant colours, but the real eye-catcher is the small millstone table. The fully equipped, modern kitchen—complete with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, and coffee maker—leaves nothing to be desired and is perfect for cosy evenings spent cooking. On the heated stone terrace, you can enjoy your holiday in the beach shelter or watch the sunset while sipping a glass of wine on the rattan furniture. Wi-Fi and parking are available free of charge. A 50% deposit is due within four weeks of receiving the booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your arrival via bank transfer. A cot is available upon request. Meals: Bread roll service or breakfast can be booked. Pets allowed upon request. 10.00 euros/night. Check-in from 3:00 p.m. (until 10:00 p.m.). Later check-in by arrangement. Check-out by 10:00 a.m. The keys are in a key safe; you’ll receive the code after the deposit has been paid.
