Cosy apartment house. 6 km from the centre of Essen, on the outskirts, 6 km from the centre of Oberhausen, 35 km from the centre of D üsseldorf, in a quiet position in the residential district, 12 km from the lake, 5 km from the canal. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Public parking on the road. Supermarket, restaurant, bakery 800 m, bus stop 300 m, lake Baldeneysee 12 km. Nearby attractions: CentrO Oberhausen 5 km, Zeche Zollverein 10 km, ZOOM Erlebniswelt 17 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The owner lives in the same residence.
