If you are looking for a beautifully landscaped, modern and compact apartment in the Willinger Upland away from the lively main town of Willingen, you have come to the right place!
Willingen-Usseln is a climatic health resort with a spa park and two ski lifts (spa park and ski lift approx. 300m from the apartment), its own town center with good shopping opportunities, restaurants, train station and all sorts of family-friendly leisure facilities. The most beautiful hiking trails start 300m from the house. It is 5km to Willingen center. The distance to attractions such as the Skywalk and the Mühlenkopfschanze is 3-4 km.


The apartment:
This apartment on two living levels, which was completely renovated in 2023 and has a shared indoor pool in the basement, is ideal for sporty vacationers, hikers and families with children aged 4-12. On the living level (1st floor) there is a living/dining area, balcony, kitchen, entrance and shower room. The bedroom and another toilet are located in the attic.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The apartment has a 55cm wide steep staircase to the bedroom in the attic. The shower entrance in the bathroom is a bit narrow due to structural engineering reasons - 38cm wide), which is why the apartment is not suitable for everyone. Please take a look at the corresponding pictures (steep staircase/shower entrance) to assess the suitability for your needs/needs.

The apartment can be occupied by 2 adults or families with 1-2 children (sofa bed in the living room). Because of the steep staircase, children should be at least 4 years old and be able to climb stairs safely.

Other equipment:
In the basement there is an 8x4m indoor swimming pool (1.30m deep) with shower/toilet for careful use (children are only allowed to use the swimming pool when accompanied by their parents). There is also a laundry cellar with a coin-operated washing machine in the basement as well as our own lockable bicycle and ski cellar.
