A legendary monument from the Ice Age is the Holtwick Egg. Local traditions are still alive today, and restaurants and cafés offer Münsterland and international specialities, inviting you to linger. The holiday rental’s location is ideal for exploring the area around Rosendahl. The moated castle in Ahaus, the concert theatre in Coesfeld, the cathedral in Billerbeck, and the bell museum in Gescher are just a few of the destinations you can easily reach by bike or car. On the 1,500 m² property, large terraces with patio furniture in the garden area invite you to relax. The garden shed features a grill for a cosy evening barbecue. This is the perfect way to end a beautiful day on a high note. Within a 100-meter radius of our property, you’ll find restaurants, fast-food joints, and bakeries that serve sandwiches and coffee as early as first thing in the morning. There’s also a petrol station (including LPG) and a bike repair shop. Should you have any minor ailments, a general practitioner and a dentist are nearby.

In the living area on the ground floor to the right, you’ll find a comfortable upholstered sofa set on a carpet. Does your partner snore? A fold-out bed in the living area is available for this purpose or for a third adult. The kitchen area features a dining set and a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-burner stove and oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. The bedroom on the ground floor on the right is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a mirror. The ground-floor bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet.
