The perfect place for a “little getaway” from everyday life: Just a few kilometres away from the bustling centre of Greetsiel, you can enjoy complete tranquility and relax in total comfort with a view of the water and the beautiful natural surroundings.

A lovingly furnished upstairs apartment awaits you, featuring top-of-the-line amenities and completed as recently as May 2024.

You’ll enter a light-filled living-dining area with an adjacent open kitchen. From the very comfortable chairs at the dining table, you’ll look out over the furnished balcony directly towards the Siel, just a few metres away, and into the natural surroundings of Eilsum. The cosy sofa invites you to relax or watch TV (Smart TV). The generously sized kitchen has everything you could want (dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with separate freezer, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, hand blender, and immersion blender, etc.). Ample storage space and generous worktops make cooking a pleasure.

The bedroom on the upper floor features a 180 x 200 cm box-spring bed (separate mattresses with a full-length topper) and another TV. A small workspace allows you to work from home if needed.

The bright upstairs bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, a vanity with ample storage space and a hair dryer, as well as a washer-dryer combo.

The separate storage room provides space to store drink crates or groceries you’ve brought home. You’ll also find a vacuum cleaner, a clothes drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board here.

The entire upper floor is equipped with underfloor heating (heat pump).

The converted attic features the second bedroom with another box-spring bed measuring 160 x 200 cm (separate mattresses with a continuous topper) as well as a reading chair. There is also a separate bathroom with a sink here.

The bedrooms can be darkened—on the upper floor with electric roller shutters and in the attic with blackout blinds. Almost all windows have pleated blinds and/or curtains. The main windows are equipped with insect screens.

Atmospheric, individually adjustable lighting options and decorations throughout the apartment create the perfect setting for comfort and relaxation.

Free fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available (we do not guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed).

A parking space is included with the apartment, and a lockable garden shed is also available for storing items such as bicycles.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodation is rented for stays of five nights or more with no fixed check-in day.

The “Sieltied,” “TiefBlick,” and “Zweite Heimat”; the houses “Wind in den Bäumen” and “Lieblingsplatz am Siel” are located right next door.

Eilsum is an East Frisian mound village, one of the oldest settlements on the North Sea coast. Discover East Frisia’s historic landscape by bike. Countless, well-marked bike paths lead you through quaint villages, along canals, and hiking trails. Visit the romantic fishing village of Greetsiel or the port city of Emden with its art gallery, museums, the “Otto-Huus,” and much more.

Due to construction work in the immediate vicinity, we unfortunately cannot rule out occasional noise and/or dust disturbances.

Pets are not allowed; this is a non-smoking apartment.
