Look forward to a modernly furnished 9-person holiday home spread over two floors with a usable area of 120 m², featuring a wood-burning stove, underfloor heating, a brand-name built-in kitchen, a sauna, a hot tub, and a garden with a spacious sun terrace.

If you’re travelling with more than 9 people, e.g., as a group of 10 or 12 people, holidaying together, holiday home No. 249—with the same amenities—is located on the adjacent, contiguous property.

The ground floor of the house is wheelchair-accessible and features a bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, you’ll find an open loft with a French bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a bedroom with two single beds.

Relax in a spacious wellness bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet/bidet, Finnish sauna, whirlpool, and underfloor heating, as well as a second bathroom on the upper floor with a shower and toilet.

A Danish wood-burning stove and underfloor heating create a cosy, warm atmosphere in the light-filled living and dining area. Entertainment is a top priority with free Wi-Fi/Internet, two LCD flat-screen TVs, a DVD player
and a hi-fi system with a CD player/radio + USB connection for your own MP3s.

Cooking together is fun in the fully equipped kitchen with an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and microwave. A dishwasher, a washing machine, and a clothes dryer take care of the household chores.

In the summer, you can relax on the large, partially covered sun terrace in the garden or enjoy the beautiful view from the loggia on the upper floor. The well-maintained garden with an outdoor grill is pleasantly shaded by trees in the afternoon.

The house has two car parking spaces directly adjacent to the house, accessible without steps, featuring a 22 kW AC fast-charging station for electric cars. The storage room is accessible from the outside.
