Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter im ganzen Park. Das Frühstück im Pfannkuchenhaus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es ist viel besser als im Apparthotel und die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr viel kinderfreundlicher. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Saubere und ordentliche Anlage, bis auf Kleinigkeiten bei der Ausstattung (Müllbeutel, Reinigungsutensilien, Reinigungsmittel , diese sollten vorhanden sein oder man sollte über deren Fehlen informieren!) war alles super. Und der Ofen wie auch die Fußbodenheizung und Sauna waren klasse, nur bei der Sauna fehlte ein Aufguss-Set, nett wenn sowas auch der Wunschliste auftauchen würde.

Uns hat es dieses Jahr wieder sehr gut gefallen. Wetter war toll, Unterkunft war auch gut. Es sind viele Mängel in der Einrichtung (wie keine Fliegengitter, schlechte Terassenmöbel (Liegen). Wir haben einiges aufgeschrieben was verbessert werden sollte. Der kleine Fernseher ist auch nicht mehr Zeitgemäß gewesen. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr wieder Urlaub mit unserem Enkel bei Ihnen im Sommer zu verbringen. Liebe Grüße Monika Fuhrmann
