The property is located one block back from the promenade at the western edge of Duhnen, towards Sahlenburg
Apartment 1 is spread over two levels. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom are located on the ground floor. The bedroom is on the second floor and is accessible via an internal staircase from the living room. The bedroom features a double bed (2 mattresses measuring 90 x 200 cm). From the living room, you have access to your balcony with a south-facing view. The living area is approximately 40 square metres.
You must bring your own bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and tea towels. In an emergency, we can provide a bedding package (two duvet covers, two pillowcases, and two fitted sheets) on loan for a fee of €40.00. You can also rent a towel set (two bath towels, two hand towels, a bath mat, and a tea towel) for a fee of €12.00.
A parking space and bicycle storage are available on the property.
Wi-Fi access is available.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

Keys will be handed over at 3:00 PM at the holiday home. If you are running late, please inform your host on site.
The visitor’s tax of €3.80 per day is to be paid upon arrival.
