The apartment is located in the Atlantic building in a prime location, just a few steps from the promenade and the beach. Directly across the street is the Sylter Welle, featuring a swimming pool and sauna area.
The apartment, freshly renovated in 2025, is located on the ground floor.
The approximately 20 m² living room is tastefully and comfortably furnished and offers direct access to the balcony, which invites you to relax in the fresh North Sea air. The spacious built-in closet provides additional sleeping space for two people (140 × 200 cm).
From the dining area, which seats up to four people, you enter an open, modern kitchen that is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.
The bedroom features two single beds. Both the bedroom and the bathroom, which has a window, face east and benefit from pleasant morning light.
All living areas feature high-quality solid oak parquet flooring, which lends the apartment a warm and elegant atmosphere.

A parking space can be rented separately through us—subject to availability—at the Kurzentrum, outdoors, or in the underground car park.
Please note the regulations regarding the separate visitor’s tax charged by the respective municipality on Sylt. This tax is billed separately and is due no later than upon arrival. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the “Atlantic” building across from the “Sylter Welle” leisure and wellness centre and is therefore very close to the beach (approx. 100 m).

The living room features a sofa with an ottoman that has deep seating and a sleeper function, as well as a new, high-quality 40-inch 3D/HD TV. The dining table seats 4 people. The fold-out bed (1.40 m wide) provides an additional sleeping option in addition to the separate bedroom with its two beds placed one behind the other. From the west-facing balcony, there is a view of the “Sylter Welle” and the dune. The small, interior kitchen has also been completely refurnished. It is accessed from the living room and is equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave with a baking function. The shower room has a window.
