Private: property 1'000 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01. May. - 15. Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 150 m, grocery 3.2 km, supermarket 5 km, bus stop 290 m, sandy beach 7 km pebble beach 7 km. Walking paths from the house, cycle lane 100 m. Nearby attractions: National Park Brijuni 14 km, Nature park Kamenjak 17 km, Amphitheater 8 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Airfield 7 km from the property.

Sehr schönes Haus

Es war sehr schön in diesem Ferienhaus. Man benötigt ein Auto da es sehr ländlich gelegen aber wir mögen es so.

Einfach MEGA 😁

Tolles großes Haus. Und der Pool traumhaft, Wassertiefe 130 cm und ca 4 auf 8 Meter. Wir waren teilweise mit 4 Luftmatratzen drin und war immer noch Platz. Echt Topp! Bäder sind sehr klein aber für den Urlaub völlig ausreichend. Nur Handtücher war etwas spärlich. Jeder bekam 1 Großes und 1 Kleines bei 2 Wochen Aufenthalt. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, also einfach alle 2 Tage gewaschen, ging dann auch. Sonst sehr zufrieden . Waren auch oft in Pula und Medulin war mit Auto schnell erreichbar

Tolle Aussicht und viel Platz

Wir haben 16 tolle Tage in der Villa Eugenia verbracht. Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe eines kleinen Dörfchens und bietet einen schönen Blick auf Pula und das Hinterland. Der Außenbereich mit Garten, Pool und Grill ist großzügig bemessen und sehr ruhig. Das Haus verfügt über ausreichend Platz und ist funktional eingerichtet. Einzig die Betten/Matratzen und fehlende Reinigungsutensilien haben uns nicht so gut gefallen. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns von der netten Vor-Ort Mitarbeiterin geholfen.

Ruhiger Urlaub

Die Lage ist super da man komplett ungestört ist. An sich ist das Haus gut ausgestattet und auch modern und relativ sauber. Die Badezimmer hätten etwas besser gereinigt werden können und der Staubsauger hat nicht funktioniert. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse aus ist sehr schön und die Terrasse ist sehr gut ausgestattet , leider wurde der Pool zu selten gereinigt so das wir zum Ende hin sehr viele Fliegen und Dreck im Pool hatten. Wenn die Kritik umgesetzt wird, würden wir nochmal kommen.
