In the centre of Norden, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 6 km from the sea, 6 km from the beach. In the house: lift, storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Parking at the house. Supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant, bakery, café, pedestrian zone 200 m, bus stop "ZOB Norden" 500 m, railway station "Norden Bahnhof" 500 m, sandy beach "Norddeich" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, surf school 6 km, minigolf 5 km, sports centre 1.5 km. The bicycle cellar has a charging station for e-bikes. It is a KfW efficiency house standard 40 with geothermal energy.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC. Underfloor heating. Balcony. Balcony furniture, box-room. Marvellous view of the canal. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, hair dryer, baby changing unit. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. The balcony with a view of the Norder Tief has an awning.
