Make yourself at home in this nearly 1,000-square-foot, two-bedroom plus den condo overlooking Lake Ontario and Coronation Park. Thoughtfully furnished with mid-century pieces, the space offers a comfortable place to slow down between days exploring Toronto.

Start your morning with the lake view, head out to experience the city, and come back to a welcoming space where you can cook, relax, and spend time together. Whether you’re visiting with family, travelling as a couple, or in town for work, the layout gives you room to settle in.

The space

The living area is designed for relaxing after a day downtown. Its furnishings bring warmth and character to the modern interior, while the views of the park and waterfront make it a memorable place to spend time.

The Scavolini kitchen has soft-close drawers, modern appliances, and the essentials you need to prepare meals during your stay. It’s equally useful for a quick breakfast before heading out or a quiet dinner at home.

Both bedrooms are set up for a restful night, with Casper memory foam mattresses, Egyptian cotton sheets, and soft down-filled pillows. The two clean, modern bathrooms each feature a rain shower. Towels, shampoo, toilet paper, and other everyday essentials are provided.

The neighbourhood

You’ll be close to some of downtown Toronto’s best-known destinations, including the CN Tower, Union Station, and the PATH. Enjoy time by the lake, explore the city, or use the condo as a convenient base for your work trip.

The host wasn't very up front about the parking. In the listing it says there is parking right at the building, yet the morning of, I get a notice from him that the garage is closed. I had to pay more for parking further away. It would have been nice to know up front. The host didn't answer the call when we tried to get into the building so the security guard had to let us in. There were towels and things in the room, but the towels weren't put out, we had to find them in a closet. This unit is close to the street so you do hear the streetcars until 2am and at 5am again. Otherwise, it was very clean and it was easy checkin and checkout.

I love having the energy of downtown Toronto close by and the waterfront just outside. Coronation Park is a lovely place to take a walk, and the lake views give this part of the city a sense of openness. It’s a great base for enjoying Toronto’s attractions while having a relaxing place to return to.

What makes this property unique

The view is the first thing you’ll notice: Lake Ontario and Coronation Park make a beautiful backdrop to the condo. Inside, nearly 1,000 square feet, a two-bedroom plus den layout, and mid-century furnishings give the space its own character. I’ve focused on comfort as well as design, with Casper mattresses, soft bedding, two rain showers, and a well-equipped Scavolini kitchen.
