The "Lokki" holiday home invites you to relax, fully enjoy nature, and take long walks on the beach. With 82 square metres of space, it accommodates 4 people.

From the spacious hallway and living room, you can access the ground-floor bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—as well as the two bathrooms and the sauna.
The two bathrooms, featuring modern wall and floor tiles, are equipped with a window, a floor-to-ceiling shower, towel racks, a sink with a mirror, a makeup mirror, and a toilet. The modern sauna is directly adjacent to the larger bathroom.

An open kitchen is situated directly along the window wall and serves as a connection between the living area and the outdoor space.
The kitchen is particularly spacious thanks to its linear layout. In addition to the large refrigerator with freezer compartment, it also features a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop with oven, a coffee maker, an espresso machine, a toaster, a kettle, as well as dishes, glasses, and silverware.

The adjacent living area is very bright and filled with plenty of natural light thanks to the large windows. Both the living area—with a sofa set, flat-screen TV, and soundbar—and the dining area feature an open-concept layout.
The fireplace is centrally located, so you can enjoy a view of the fire from both the dining area and the sofa in the winter.

All bedrooms are furnished with storage options, either in the form of a closet or a chest of drawers. The windows are equipped with fly screens, ensuring nothing stands in the way of restful and cosy nights.

Outside, you can enjoy plenty of sunshine on the beautiful terrace.
Two lounge chairs with cushions and a charcoal grill round out the outdoor area. You’ll also find a wicker basket for two people on the property.

A utility room with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, ironing board, and iron is available.

Two outdoor parking spaces are available, as well as a garden shed where you can safely store and charge e-bikes.

The house is equipped with a wallbox.

Use of the wallbox:
You have the option to charge your electric or hybrid vehicle using a wallbox at the property. If you wish to use the wallbox, a deposit will be charged upon arrival when the charging card is issued (€200.00 deposit). You will only be charged for the electricity used to charge your vehicle! The remaining amount will be refunded to you.
