Zustand der Wohnung katastrophal, Lage sehr gut

Leider war die Wohnung extrem verschmutzt, der Außenbereich verwahrlost, das Bad roch so stark, dass unsere dort zum Trocknen aufgehängten Badekappen und Schwimmbrillen zu Hause auch nach Reinigung noch stanken. Schade, eine Wohnung mit wunderbarer Lage und Blick, eigentlich mit guter Ausstattung.
