A holiday rental could hardly be in a better location. The beach promenade runs right in front of the house, perfect for a wonderfully relaxing stroll. Just a few metres behind it lies the white sandy beach of Hohwacht, so the Baltic Sea isn’t just visible from the apartment—it literally begins right at your doorstep. Nothing stands in the way of long walks on the beach here.

But it’s not just the sea that makes the location of the “Sonnenstrahl” apartment so unique. The centre of Hohwacht, with its numerous shops, restaurants, and stores for daily necessities, is also just a short walk away.

The bright living room of the “Sonnenstrahl” holiday apartment features a large window wall, behind which the apartment’s beautiful balcony extends. Right in front of it is a cosy sofa and dining table, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. A large TV provides entertainment when desired.

Also integrated into the living room, the open kitchen creates a modern floor plan.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers ample counter space for preparing even more elaborate meals while on holiday.
In addition to a ceramic cooktop and oven, its amenities include a refrigerator (with freezer compartment), coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a convenient dishwasher. Of course, dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils are also provided. Wi-Fi is available.

Two bedrooms ensure restful nights during your holiday. In the first bedroom, which features a double bed, the spacious closet and private TV provide additional comfort.
The second bedroom has two single beds.

The shower in the bathroom is walk-in and can be closed off with a glass door. Light-colored tiles give the space a modern look. Ceiling spotlights, a vanity with a large mirror, and a hair dryer are provided, as is a towel warmer.
A guest bathroom is also available.

The apartment’s beautiful balcony is accessible directly from the living room. Here, you can't only enjoy the view of the lake—sometimes calm, sometimes choppy—but also a fantastic panorama. Thanks to its location, the outdoor area offers sunshine just in time for breakfast, which lasts throughout the day.
Of course, balcony furniture is provided, making it especially comfortable to spend time outdoors.

The “Meeresblick” building has an lift, making it easy to reach the apartment. A private parking space for one car and a bike rack for two bikes are also among the accommodation’ amenities.
The window in the second bedroom is an interior window and cannot be opened.

This beautiful holiday complex, built in 2021 and featuring 40 units, is just a few steps from the beach. The units can accommodate 1 to 6 people; all buildings feature an lift, a bicycle storage room, and a parking space. The promenade runs right past the building and is just as inviting for walks as the white sandy beach of Hohwacht. A surf school and a mini-golf course are located in the immediate vicinity. However, the holiday rental’s ideal location isn’t limited to its proximity to the Baltic Sea. Shopping options and numerous restaurants are also within walking distance, ensuring that nothing stands in the way of a thoroughly enjoyable holiday here.
