Direct access to the beach and its location right by the sea take the quality of the accommodation to the next level. The beach promenade and the historic fishermen’s huts are right outside the door, so you can start strolling through beautiful Hohwacht the moment you step out of the house.

In addition, a supermarket and a diverse selection of restaurants are located near the holiday apartment and are within walking distance.

The perfectly combined living and dining area of the apartment offers a unique ocean view through the large doors leading to the balcony, creating a wonderful sense of well-being.

The large sofa, which can also be used as a sleeper sofa if desired, invites you to relax and enjoy lovely evenings with a high-quality flat-screen TV.

The modern dining area, which seats up to four people, adjoins the tasteful and, above all, beautifully designed kitchen. Here, too, you’ll find all the amenities you need. A dishwasher, a stove with an induction cooktop and oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, along with other appliances, provide excellent amenities.

The large, floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedroom let in plenty of natural light. It is certainly possible to darken the windows. The box-spring bed (180x200) offers plenty of comfort, along with the large and spacious closet.

The bathroom, which includes a shower and toilet, is equipped with a sink that provides ample storage space underneath. The mirror and the freestanding cosmetic mirror with lighting harmonise with the modern and clean design of the bathroom, creating an aesthetically pleasing overall look.

From the living room, which is illuminated by innovative and modern lighting fixtures, large glass doors lead out to the balcony with a unique view of Hohwacht Bay. You can easily catch a glimpse of the Sehlendorfer Binnensee nature reserve as well as the beauty of the Baltic Sea.

The promenade runs right past the building and is just as inviting for walks as the white sandy beach of Hohwacht. A surf school and a mini-golf course are located in the immediate vicinity. However, the holiday rental’s ideal location isn’t limited to its proximity to the Baltic Sea.
