Welcome to B10-3 - your vacation apartment with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea

This bright and beautiful two-room holiday apartment is located on the 10th floor of the Panoramic apartment complex. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of Lübeck Bay. The kitchen, equipped with an oven, stove, and dishwasher, is integrated into the combined living and dining area. The bedroom features a double bed, and from here, too, you can see the Baltic Sea through the window—waking up to a view of the sea is the perfect way to start the day! The living area also features a sleeper sofa, making the apartment suitable for four people. The bathroom is interior and features a bathtub and a washing machine. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. Parking space included.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee during your stay.

Dogs are permitted for a fee, provided you register in advance.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies may still be used during the breeding season.

There is a children’s playground on the premises, as well as a swimming pool located nearby.

Use of the swimming pool at the Panoramic complex is included for you during your stay.

The Panoramic apartment complex in Sierksdorf is located near the beach on the Bay of Lübeck and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. The complex features 1- to 3-room holiday apartments for up to 4 people, spread from the ground floor to the 18th floor, conveniently accessible by lift or staircase. The lift goes up to the second-to-last floor; some apartments on the upper floors are accessible only via the staircase. All holiday apartments feature a balcony or terrace, many of them with wonderful ocean views.

The complex combines beachfront living with the natural charm of the Baltic Sea: Between spring and late summer, swallows occasionally nest in the upper balcony areas. These protected animals are part of the natural environment; the balconies, of course, remain available for use.

A great highlight: Admission to the heated indoor pool at the Panoramic complex is included for our guests during opening hours.
There is a playground right on the premises, and the tennis court is available for a fee.

Shopping options are about 2 km away in the town centre, and dining options are just 400 m away. The fine-sand natural beach is only 350 m away, and both the Sierksdorf train station and the popular Hansa-Park amusement park are about 500 m away.
