This large 53 m² apartment is furnished for a maximum of 3 guests. It has two rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. Bakeries and discount stores are within walking distance.

The price includes a parking space, Wi-Fi (up to 100MBit/s), bed linen, towels and final cleaning.

TRAVEL RECOMMENDATION

Our recommendation for a 7-day trip:

1. Day of VacationTake bus 732 (100 meters away) to the Rhine Tower (see photo).There, visit the Gehry buildings and the Landtag on foot.

Have lunch at the Kasematten.
Visit museums and shop in the Old Town/Königsallee.

In the evening, take a boat trip on the Rhine with the White Fleet.

2. Day of VacationVisit the weekly market in Eller Mitte (see photo) on foot and have lunch at one of the good restaurants on site.

Then head to Schloss Eller (see photo). Take a walk in the castle park and buy honey from local beekeepers as a souvenir at the farm shop.

Across from Schloss Eller is a free adventure playground for children.

3rd day of vacation Walk to the Classic Remise (see photo). Enjoy the free exhibition.

Have lunch in the mezzomar there and then walk past the water tower (see photo) to the South Park (see photo).

Take a leisurely walk around the lake, visit the farm (with sheep, goats, etc.) and the Botanical Garden, and then have a homemade piece of cake in the café.

In the evening, watch a movie at the Open Air Cinema Vier Linden or attend an event at the Mitsubishi Electric Hall (see photo).

4th day of vacation Ride a rental bike or scooter to Unterbachersee (see photo).

At Unterbachersee, enjoy cycling, pedal boating, sailing, climbing, or going for a walk. Several restaurants and cafés cater to your culinary needs.

5th Day of VacationTake bus 723 (300m away) to Werstener Dorfstraße and then take U72 to Schloss Benrath (see photo).

Visit Benrath Palace and the park, then have a meal in one of the local restaurants in the city center.

In the afternoon, relax at the Benrath bathhouse.


6th Day of VacationTake the S-Bahn from Eller Süd to Köln Central Station.

There, visit the Cologne Cathedral, eat at a brewery, and shop in the city center.

DAY 7
Vabali Spa

Bike to the spa (approx. 6.2 km). Relax in the sauna and enjoy one of the numerous treatments.


Most attractions are easily accessible on foot, by bike, scooter, or public transport.
Rental bikes and/or scooters are plentiful in our neighborhood.
With the VRR app, traveling by public transport is child's play and cheaper. You can leave your car on our property free of charge.



ROOM FACILITIES
In the living room there is a sofa, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a single bed.

The bedroom is equipped with a freshly made double bed, a 5-door wardrobe with a large mirror and a safe, an ironing station and a desk.

In the fully equipped kitchen there is a fridge/freezer, an electric stove with oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and an espresso macchinetta, a kettle and a dining table with chairs.

The spacious bathroom with window offers a double sink, a large shower, a bathtub, a toilet, fresh towels and a hairdryer.
A laundromat is within walking distance. For long-term stays (at least 10 days) our washing machine in the basement can be used.

The south-west balcony with awning offers a comfortable seating area with a sun awning.

Fly screens are attached to all windows.
In the bedroom and living room there are electric blinds.

Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

The apartment is not furnished in a way that is suitable for animals, so pets are not allowed.

The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of a semi-detached house.The apartment has a separate entrance door with a security lock.
