Fully furnished holiday apartment with a spacious living area, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet and bathtub, TV, and a balcony; apartment size: approx. 75 m²



Our beautiful house is located in Unteres Baumgartlehen, known for its excellent, sunny, and quiet location (just a few metres’ walk to the centre of Neukirchen). In about ten minutes, you can reach the Wildkogelbahn valley station, and the downhill ski run is also in the immediate vicinity. In winter, you can access the beautiful “Markt” cross-country ski trail right in front of the house.



On-site costs: Included: final cleaning; heating; water; all taxes.



Check-in is possible from 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
