Vacation apartment (45sqm)

Our modern and spacious accommodation (approx. 45 square metres) is located on the ground floor (accessible via one step; unfortunately not wheelchair-accessible) and can accommodate 2 people. It features a living room/bedroom with a double bed, a sleeper sofa, and internet TV. The fully furnished kitchen-living area with a dining space is also equipped with internet TV. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a toilet. Smoking inside the house and pets are unfortunately not allowed. There is an outdoor seating area in front of the house. In addition, bicycles can be stored in the garage and charged if needed. A parking space is available in front of the house. The bedroom features a double bed (1.8 x 2 m) with separate mattresses and a fold-out sofa bed; bedding is provided. The built-in kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The bathroom has towels and a hair dryer. Wi-Fi is available and really fast. Once the booking is confirmed, the rental fee must be paid by bank transfer before arrival, or you may pay in cash when the keys are handed over. A deposit of 20% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. The base price includes bed linens, towels, utilities, Wi-Fi, and final cleaning. The parking space and bicycle garage are also included in the listed price.
