This exclusive vacation rental spans 90 square meters and can accommodate up to four people. The highlight is the large, open-concept living and dining room, which offers a view of the lake from almost every corner. The adjoining balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh air and the lake view. During the day, the space is flooded with light thanks to the many windows; directly adjacent is the modern, fully equipped kitchen. Above the living room, you’ll also find a cozy loft that serves as a reading and relaxation area.

The first bedroom features a double bed and also offers a lake view. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The brand-new bathroom features a spacious, walk-in shower. The apartment is located on the top floor of the villa, accessible via two flights of stairs.

Smoking, parties, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted in the accommodation.

The vacation rental’s location is ideal: right on Lake Ziegelsee and just a few steps from Pfaffenteich. Schwerin’s Old Town with its historic buildings, the impressive Schwerin Castle—also known as the “Neuschwanstein of the North”—and Schwerin Cathedral are just a few of the sights waiting to be discovered.

Lake Schwerin offers numerous recreational activities such as boat rides, swimming, and fishing, and the surrounding countryside naturally provides great hiking and biking trails. Enjoy the idyllic promenades and the diverse cultural events and festivals that Schwerin has to offer.

Our guests have access to the entire upper floor, including the balcony. Cars can be conveniently parked right in front of the villa.
