The interior is tastefully decorated, and the adaptable furniture (day/night) maximizes living space. There’s no TV, but high-speed fiber Wi-Fi (85 Mbps) is provided. Located in a pleasant setting in a very quiet neighborhood of Nérac, you’re just 100 meters from a 28 km greenway and only a 5-minute walk (600 meters) from the town center. Parking is available right at the building.



A small entryway with shoe storage and coat hooks leads to the living area, which features a fully equipped kitchenette (tabletop fridge, sink unit, 2-burner cooktop, hood, microwave grill, capsule coffee maker, dishes, shelves, fold-away counter), a desk area (shelves, fold-away table), and a sleeping area with a fold-away bed and dressing corner (5 shelves, 3 wardrobes). The bathroom includes a shower (80x80), sink, drawer unit, illuminated mirror cabinet, towel warmer, hairdryer, and toilet.



Easy, quick upkeep. Electric heating and solar panels. Insulated roof, double glazing, fan, and portable air conditioner. Keys are provided in a pouch, and regular cleaning ensures a pleasant stay.

A secure shelter is available in summer (on request in winter) for 2 bikes or a small scooter.
