Located in Eagle River, on the Eagle River Chain of Lakes with private dock. 3 bedroom, 2 full baths home (2,000 sq ft) located close to everything the Northwoods has to offer, with private attached garage for toys and plenty of space for trailers and vehicle. 3 Kayaks and 5 bikes available for use in garage. Snowmobile trail is across the street and UTV trails are close by for easy access.

The house features a master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with queen bed and a cozy bunk bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (for 4), plus a queen size futon in the family room and two full bathrooms. Enjoy beautiful views of the water and wildlife on Eagle River Chain (no wake in front of houes) from the living room picture window or large backyard deck with grill. Lower patio features concrete slab with built in fire pit and adirondack chairs. 3 kayaks and paddles are included in your rental for trip down the channel to explore or stop for lunch at one of the waterfront restaurants. Bikes are also included.

Public boat launch and boat rental/marina is a 1/2 mile away or feel free to bring your own boat/jet skis and use the private dock included with the property. Private dock also offers a great place to fish from or a place to sit and enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun set. Attached garage available during the winter months for snowmobile and gear.

Toiletries are included in both full baths. The master bedroom is connected to the upstairs bathroom with lots of privacy and a patio door to the back patio for morning coffee and breakfast. Coffee and a coffee maker are also made available for all guests.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with gas grill on the back patio available during summer/fall months.
USB phone charging plugs are available in every bedroom and living space. Maps of Eagle River trails are also available upon check-in.

On the Eagle River Chain of Lakes enjoy the many restaurants you can travel to by boat: Braywood Beach Bar & Restaurant, Sweetwater, Privates Hideaway for the kids, Marina Bar, Chanticleer Inn, Riverstone Brewing and many more! Also spend time at the many sand bars on the Eagle Chain. Fishing is outstanding- catch Bass, Northern, Musky and more!
