House Triton apartment 3: modern 2-room apartment close to the beach with south-facing balcony

This modern and inviting 2-room apartment (approx. 45 m²), located on the ground floor near the beach, offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The living areas feature high-quality wood-look laminate flooring, and the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The holiday rental sleeps a total of 2 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the hallway, which features a closet for clothes and shoes as well as a chest of drawers, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The bright and inviting living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchair, and coffee table; a separate dining table with 3 chairs; a sideboard; and a chest of drawers. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny, covered balcony (facing south), which is approximately 6 m² in size and furnished with balcony furniture. Here you can sit back and relax, enjoying the balmy summer nights in the evening with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The kitchenette, separated by two large double doors, includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, microwave with grill function, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The modern and bright bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) as well as nightstands with bedside lamps. The spacious closet is located in the entryway.

The inviting bathroom features a modern glass-enclosed walk-in shower (senior-friendly!), a sink, a toilet, a bathroom cabinet with a shelf, and a hair dryer.

The apartment also has a separate storage room for suitcases and luggage.

If you need to wash your holiday clothes, there’s a laundromat very close to your holiday apartment (about 300 m).

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be parked in a bike rack behind the building. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor area for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
