Neue Reihe 118 WE 1: friendly and cozy 2-room apartment

This friendly and cosy 2-room apartment (approx. 45 m²) on the ground floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The living/dining area and hallway have laminate flooring, the bedroom has modern designer vinyl flooring, and the bathroom/toilet is tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 2 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or sheets) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious entryway, which features a coat rack, chest of drawers, and mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The bright and spacious living/dining room features a comfortable couch and a separate dining table with chairs.

For your entertainment, the holiday apartment is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a radio with a CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open-concept kitchen includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, exhaust fan, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The inviting and cosy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, a spacious closet, a luggage rack, and a small table with two armchairs.

The bright bathroom (with natural light / window) features a shower, a sink with vanity cabinet, a medicine cabinet, a toilet, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the large coat closet (with a chest of drawers and mirror) in the apartment’s hallway.

If needed, a laundromat is available very close to your holiday rental (approx. 150 m) for washing your holiday clothes.

In the backyard of the house, you’ll find a sunny terrace measuring about 20 m² with patio furniture and a grill. Here you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer evenings in peace with a good glass of wine!

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment directly in front of the house; your bicycles can be stored on the property of your holiday home. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

Deviations from the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are only possible after consulting with our staff by phone.
