This modern, very tastefully and high-quality furnished 2-room apartment (approx. 55 m²) on the 2nd floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The bedroom has high-quality hardwood flooring; all other rooms in the apartment are tiled. .

The holiday apartment can accommodate a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (with a mattress, but without a comforter, pillows, or linens) and a high chair free of charge upon request.

The very cosy, modern, and spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchairs, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with 4 chairs; a sideboard; and various shelves and cabinets. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 18 m² sunny balcony (facing southwest) with balcony furniture. Here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features a modern flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. The apartment also offers free Wi-Fi. A selection of board games and a small collection of books for your holiday reading are also provided.

The open kitchen features a fully equipped, high-end built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, SENSEO coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The inviting and very cosy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet. From the bedroom, you also have direct access to the large, sunny balcony.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for 2 more people.

The Mediterranean-style bathroom features a shower with a low threshold (senior-friendly!), a sink, a toilet, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, a heated towel rack, and plenty of storage space.

The apartment also includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the large closet in the apartment’s entryway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in a separate building outside the residential complex and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (carport) belonging to your apartment, located right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle shed on the residential complex grounds. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
