Haus Seewind WE 5 (70): modern and friendly 2-room apartment

This welcoming and very cosy 2-room apartment (approx. 38 m²) on the 1st floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The living room and bedroom have laminate flooring, while the entryway, kitchen, and bathroom/toilet are tiled. The apartment’s windows have roller shutters, so you can darken the rooms for an undisturbed night’s sleep.

The holiday rental can accommodate a total of 3 people (3 adults or 2 adults plus 2 children). For small children, we’re also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the hallway, which features a coat rack, mirror, and chest of drawers, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The cosy living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (sleeper) couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with 4 chairs; a sideboard; and various shelves. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 7 m² balcony (facing southwest) with balcony furniture. Here, you can sit back and relax, enjoying the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features 2 modern flat-screen TVs, a stereo system with a radio and CD player, and a small selection of books and board games. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open kitchen features a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet, and also offers direct access to the balcony. In addition, an extra TV is available in this room.

The pull-out sofa in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth is provided by the pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

The bright bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink with vanity, a small bathroom cabinet, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets on the coat rack with a chest of drawers and mirror in the apartment’s hallway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine is located in the laundry room on the ground floor of the building and is available for use by all guests.

If you’d like to barbecue, a brick charcoal grill with a rustic wooden table and two benches is available in the front yard of the apartment building.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed on the property. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your residential complex.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / consecutive stays) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
