House Windfee WE 1: tastefully furnished 2-room apartment

This modern, very cosy, and spacious 2-room apartment (approx. 50 m²) on the ground floor is fully furnished. The apartment has brick floors with underfloor heating, and the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The holiday rental can accommodate up to 3 people. For small children, we’re also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The very spacious and modern living/dining area features a separate seating area with a comfortable (sleeper) couch, armchair, and coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, and a chest of drawers. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny terrace (facing south and west) with patio furniture. Here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine! An electric grill is also available in the holiday rental.

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features a modern flat-screen TV and a radio (via the TV). In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open kitchen features a fully equipped, high-end built-in kitchenette with a 4-burner induction stove, oven, exhaust fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully and well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The modern and bright bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), nightstands with lamps, and a spacious closet with a shelf.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third person.

The exclusive, high-quality bathroom (with natural light / window) features a real-glass walk-in shower (senior-friendly!), a sink with vanity cabinet, toilet, heated floors, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets on the large coat rack in the apartment’s entryway.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be parked next to the building. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from one of the many bike rental shops in the area. Upon request, these shops will gladly deliver the bicycles directly to your holiday rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

One thing must be mentioned here: “Haus Windfee” is a thatched-roof house, and the surrounding houses also have natural roofs. Therefore, smoking is strictly prohibited, as are barbecues using charcoal or gas, and lighting candles or fireworks. An electric grill is available for barbecue enthusiasts, and lanterns provide a cosy atmosphere in the garden. Thank you for your understanding!
