Sonnenburg WE 17: very quiet 2-room apartment close to the beach

This bright and welcoming 2-room apartment (approx. 55 m²), located very close to the beach on the 3rd floor (no lift), offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The living room and bedroom feature high-quality, eco-friendly flooring, while the kitchen area and the bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The spacious and cosy living/dining room features a seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table; an additional small reading nook with a table and 2 chairs; a separate dining table with 4 chairs; and a chest of drawers. From the living room, you have direct access to the large (approx. 12 m²) covered balcony (facing southeast) with balcony furniture and lounge chairs —here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights above the rooftops of Kühlungsborn with a good glass of wine…!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features a modern flat-screen TV, a stereo system, a CD and DVD player, as well as a selection of books and board games. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, a convection oven with an integrated microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet. The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth person.

The spacious bathroom (with natural light / window) features a shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, heated towel rack, and ample storage space.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car for free in an underground parking space in the building that belongs to your apartment (Note: maximum clearance height 1.95 m); your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle storage room in the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located in the immediate vicinity of your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

At the adjacent “NP Strandhotel Sonnenburg,” you can enjoy the extensive and delicious breakfast buffet for a fee upon request. You’ll find many other eateries and restaurants within walking distance.

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as a starter kit for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. If more than 2 people are staying, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for each additional person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
