Haus Eichsfeldia WE 3: close to the beach (2 min), modern and comfortable 3-room apartment

This modern, comfortable, and tastefully furnished 3-room apartment (approx. 70 m²) on the ground floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The flooring in the living area is high-quality vinyl design flooring; the two bedrooms have wood-look laminate flooring; and the bathroom/toilet is tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot (without mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair free of charge upon request.

From the spacious entryway with a coat rack and mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The bright, modern, and very comfortably furnished living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch and armchairs, a coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 12 m² sunny, covered terrace (facing south) with patio furniture—here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights with a good glass of wine…!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The modern open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, exhaust fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright, spacious, and cosy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a large closet, and has direct access to the terrace. The bedroom also features an additional modern flat-screen TV.

The inviting, bright, and separate second bedroom features a comfortable bunk bed and a closet—this room also offers direct access to the terrace.

The bright and spacious bathroom features a shower and bathtub, sink, toilet, a bathroom cabinet, a makeup mirror, a towel radiator, and offers ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the large coat closet (with a mirror) in the apartment’s spacious hallway. In addition, the apartment includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.

If needed, a public laundromat is available right near your holiday apartment (a 5-minute walk) for washing your holiday clothes.

You can park your car for free in a parking space belonging to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be parked in bike racks located in several areas of the residential complex’s courtyard. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your residential complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
