Haus Olymp WE 10: modern 1-room apartment close to the beach

The friendly, bright and modern 1-room apartment (approx. 45 m²) on the 1st floor has a high degree of functionality and is fully furnished. The entire apartment is tiled.

The apartment offers sleeping facilities for a total of 2 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide you with a children's travel cot (without mattress, duvet, pillows and covers) and a high chair if required (for a small fee).

The bright and modern living area has a comfortable leather couch, armchair, stool and coffee table as well as various cupboards. From here you have access to the approx. 6 m² large and sunny balcony (facing east / southeast) with balcony furniture - here you can sit relaxed and enjoy the wonderful side view of the Baltic Sea as well as the lively hustle and bustle on Hermannstraße.

For your entertainment, this apartment has a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment has free Wi-Fi.

The open kitchen/dining area includes a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is well and adequately equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery and pots.

For sleeping, you have a comfortable fold-out fold-out bed (1.80 m wide) with the best sleeping comfort and enough cupboard space for your holiday wardrobe.

The bright and friendly bathroom has a shower, sink, hair dryer, make-up mirror, towel radiator, toilet and plenty of storage space.

Your shoes and Jackets can be stored in the cloakroom (with mirror) and shoe cabinet in the spacious entrance area of the apartment.

In addition, a storage room for suitcases and luggage belongs to the apartment.

You can park your car free of charge in a car parking space belonging to your apartment directly behind the house, your bicycles can be parked in a lockable bicycle shed in the courtyard of the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bicycle rental in the immediate vicinity of your residential complex if you are interested.

The lift takes you comfortably from the ground floor to the attic.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring pets in this apartment!

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment in the interest of our non-smoking guests, please use the balcony for this. Thank you for your understanding!

Deviations from the above requirements (minimum nights / complete booking) are only possible after telephone consultation with our staff.
