Waldhaus WE 21: friendly 2-room apartment close to the beach

This welcoming and very cosy 2-room apartment (approx. 44 m²) on the 3rd floor / top floor is highly functional and fully furnished. All floors in the apartment are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 2 people.

The inviting, spacious, and very cosy living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchair, and coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the west-facing balcony, which is furnished with balcony furniture and offers a side view of the nearby Baltic Sea. Here, you can relax while enjoying breakfast or savour the balmy summer nights in the evening with a good glass of wine…!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features a modern flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a radio and CD player, and a selection of board games. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open and cosy kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 4-burner electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and egg cooker. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The inviting bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet, and also offers access to the balcony.

The bright and modern bathroom (with natural light / window) features a shower, sink, toilet, and ample storage space.

In addition, the apartment includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a carport belonging to your apartment, located directly behind the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle storage room in the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are only possible after consulting with our staff by phone.
