About this property

Apartment breeze in the Baltic Sea domicile Sandburg

Our holiday home "Ostsee-Domizil Sandburg" is located on a large plot in the center of Kühlungsborn-West and directly on the city forest.

The Baltic Sea domicile Sandburg consists of the holiday home with reception, a small fitness room and our separate sauna house, so that our guests can spend an uncomfortable day on the Baltic Sea with lots of warmth. All guests can enjoy the Baltic Sea sun in our garden.

In our domicile there are 4 apartments in the beautiful old building, the two ground floor apartments each have a terrace, the apartments on the 1st floor and 2nd floor have a large balcony.

In summer 2018 we opened our new building with 5 apartments. Here you will also find our reception, which is open every day, and an elevator that our guests can use to comfortably reach all apartments in old and new buildings.

All apartments are of high quality, all bedrooms have a modern, internet-enabled TV, the rooms are equipped with real wood parquet. In the new building, all apartments have modern, walk-in overhead showers and underfloor heating. WiFi is a matter of course in all apartments.

Our apartment "Brise" for 2 people is on the 2nd Upper floor of the "Ostsee-Domizil Sandburg" and is easily accessible via our elevator. The high-quality apartment with parquet floors and pleasant underfloor heating is located in the new building opened in 2018.

The comfortably furnished living room is followed by a modern, fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave with baking function, induction hob, coffee machine, toaster and plenty of dishes, and you can enjoy the evening sun on the associated balcony. WLAN and internet-compatible flat-screen TVs are a matter of course in every room, the spacious bedroom with large closet and box spring bed and the beautiful bathroom with walk-in overhead shower and toilet complete the modern apartment "Brise".

As of 2019, you can park your car safely and securely on the underground car park space belonging to the apartment on the neighboring property.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im 2.OG, die über einen Fahrstuhl sehr gut erreichbar war. Der Online Check In für Wohnung und Tiefgarage war einfach und problemlos. Die Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder ist in Ordnung gewesen. Wir hätten uns aber eine Info gewünscht, das sie im Freien stehen, dann hätten wir unsere Fahrradgaragen (Hauben) mitgebracht um die E-Bikes bei Regen besser zu schützen.Die Lage des Objektes ist sehr gut gewesen.

Ausbaufähig

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Kühlungsborn gut, jedoch war die Küche nicht so gut ausgestattet, wie angegeben. Einige Dinge fehlten, was das Kochen erschwerte. Der Ablauf der Dusche musste zwischendurch von uns sauber gemacht werden, da das Wasser überzulaufen drohte. Unter dem Bett sollte dringend sauber gemacht werden. Da liegt Dreck und Staub von vielen Monaten. Wünschenswert wäre vielleicht ein Radio und auch die Ausstattung der Küche müsste aufgestockt werden. Spülmaschinentabs waren nicht, wie angegeben, im Vorratsraum auf dem Flur zu finden. Schade. WLAN - Empfang teilweise Katastrophe oder gar nicht möglich. Insgesamt war es dennoch ein schöner Aufenthalt, auch wenn das Wetter sehr wechselhaft war.

Wir haben hier ein WE verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter*innnen über Fewo hat super geklappt. Die Mitarbeiter*innen an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden hier nochmal buchen und länger bleiben. Herzliche Grüße J.Ober

Ein Traum

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum gewesen, was sehr gut war das wir mit dem Hausschlüssel hinten durchgehen konnten. Da wir ein Hund bei hatten total klasse, er konnte gleich alles erkunden. Wir haben die Wohnung schon Unserer Freundschaft weiter Empfohlen. Wir werden bestimmt wieder Gast bei Ihnen.

In der Wohnung kein Handyempfang. Die Fenster müssten mal geputzt werden. Sonst war die Wohnung sehr gut. War alles vorhanden, wie im Inserat beschrieben.

Die Fewo ist toll zentral gelegen und trotzdem schön ruhig. Man kann durchaus den Komfort genießen wenn es mit dem Wetter nicht so klappt. Auch unsere alte Hundedame hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit wieder!!!

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage und ist sehr schön. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wirkt wie neu. Da wir unsere Fahrräder mit hatten, viel es uns sehr schwer, die E-Bikes bei Regen draußen abzustellen, auch wenn sie eingezäunt waren. Eine Überdachung wäre nicht schlecht.

Super Wohnung

Die Wohnung war erstklassig eingerichtet und alles noch in einem sehr guten Zustand. Ist alles wie neu, bzw. ist alles noch neu. Die Wohnung konnte man sehr bequem mit dem Fahrstuhl erreichen, dass hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war schon mal echt klasse. Von dort zu Fuß in 5 Minuten am Strand. In drei Minuten am Supermarkt Die Gegend hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Alles in allem eine schöne Woche.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hell, und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Einfach 5 Minuten gerade aus Laufen und man ist an der Strandpromenade mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, und kommen gerne wieder.
