In a quiet and discreet location, the residence features a saltwater swimming pool with a large sun terrace and a bar with a spacious relaxation area. The property is 3 km from Pula and about 40 km from the port and airport of Cagliari. Nearby, there is a golf course and riding stables. The apartments are surrounded by greenery, arranged in a semicircle around the swimming pool, and can be either on the ground floor or the first floor. All apartments have a view of the park. Access is via a path (gravel or crushed stone). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.
