The house has large open spaces, enjoyable in moments of relaxation, the rooms are very bright. All e'nuovo and functional, the green garden overlooking the sea of ​​Nora, you can enjoy the view of the stars, make a refreshing shower on the lawn, eating breakfast barefoot on the grass in the shade of the oak. Wundervoller Aufenthalt !

Wir waren 1 Woche in Pula und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Appartement liegt im Gebiet Is Molas und ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Alles sauber, ordentlich, neu. Es gab nix zu bemängeln. Betty die Managerin stand und von Tag 1 zur Seite und hat Tips für Strände und Restaurants. Vielen Dank, für deine Gastfreundschaft !!! Wir waren schon mehrfach in der Region und es ist immer wieder schön, man entdeckt jedesmal wieder Neues ! Die Unterkunft bietet dafür eine schöne Ausgangsbasis! Vielen Dank Familie Walter !

Wir haben Sardinien und die tolle Villa in Pula genossen!

Eine tolle kleine aber feine Villa inmitten eines Golf Resorts in Pula, Sardinien (ca. 35 Min. mit dem Auto von Cagliari entfernt). Die Villa ist modern eingerichtet, in einem sehr guten Zustand, sehr sauber und tip top. Eine tolle Umgebung, sehr ruhig und vor allem sicher (durch die Einlasskontrolle). Eine mega vor Ort Betreuung. Überdachter Parkplatz vorhanden. Möglichkeit der Poolnutzung auf dem Gelände des Resorts gegeben. Die Bilder geben das wider, was man auch vor Ort vorfindet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief sehr gut (in englischer Sprache). Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sowie tolle Restaurants (in Pula)!

Schönes Häuschen

Das kleine Häuschen liegt in einer tollen Region um Süden Sardiniens. Die spektakulärsten Strände sind in den Regionen Pula und Chia zu finden und innert 15 - 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Zum Supermarkt, Fischer, Metzger, etc. in Pula gelangt man in 8 - 10 Minuten. Zum nächsten Einkaufszenter in Cagliari sind es 40 Minuten. Den nahegelegenen kleinen Wasserpark BluFun und den Adventure Park erreicht man in ca. 12 Minuten. Das Häuschen ist modern und zeitgemäss eingerichtet und verfügt, bis auf den Geschirrspüler, über den gewohnten westeuropäischen Komfort. Um die Terrasse mit der schönen Aussicht auf Pula/Nora intensiver geniessen zu können, hätten wir eine kleine Lounge neben dem vorhandenen Esstisch begrüsst. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Giorgio war sehr angenehm.

Een supermooie vakantiewoning waar werkelijk alles is wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben.

Heel mooi modern appartement op een super locatie. Heerlijk rustig, fijn groot terras, alles aanwezig, goed keukengerei, wasmachine, airco, enz. Het zwembad van de golfclub konden we tegen kleine betaling gebruiken, ook dit was super, drankje werd aan de strandstoel geserveerd. Winkels, restaurants, leuke dorpjes en de zee is allemaal binnen een paar minuten met de auto bereikbaar. Als laatste een hele dikke pluim voor de gastvrouw, Carla is zeer behulpzaam en spreekt uitstekend engels. Zij kan fijne tips geven voor eten, strand ed. Kortom wij hebben genoten en helemaal niks aan te merken op deze accomodatie!

Perfect place for vacation

The villa was just perfect - equipped with everything that was necessary, otherwise just as nice as shown on the pictures. Spectacular view of the seaside and the full moon. It took about 25 min by car to get to the great beaches at Chia and about 7 min to get to a Supermarket. Pool of the golf-resort hotel (which seemed rather deserted at the beginning of September) was within walking-distance and no one asked for the charge of 10,-€/day... We enjoyed our stay very much and if we come back to Sardinia next year, we might just go back there :-)

We can't wait to share with you the relax, the beauty, the marvels of the hidden jewels of the south west Sardinia coast.

We have just completely rebuilt our villa, our family use it during our vacations but for long time sits inoccupied, this is why we decided to rent it . The Villa, because of its peculiar location, apart from the best beacjhes of the South Sardinia, offers many attractions and amenities like Golf, other open air activities like mountain bike, trekking.
With these opportunities available, we thought many other people could enjoy it like we do.

Located inside a compound resort, it enjoys the privacy and the security of a 24hr manned guarded access gate. Our guests will have the chance to enjoy the sea, the beaches, playing golf, riding a bike, horse riding, mountain biking , even collecting mushrooms in the autumn.
