The ski run ends almost at your doorstep.

With a hot mulled wine or a cup of tea in hand, you can enjoy relaxing afternoons on the sunny balcony.

In summer, Hochkrimml is an ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking, and mountain tours. If you appreciate the peaceful surroundings, you'll be in the right place during the summer season in Hochkrimml. The Durlaßboden reservoir, the Kristallbad in Wald/Königsleiten, or the WasserWunderWelten in Krimml offer a nice change of pace.

Perfect family holiday in the Snow

Great house and big enough for a family of 3 kids and 5 adults. Location is perfect, close to the slopes and ski school. We Will go back!

Insgesamt sehr schön, geniale Lage und sehr sauber. Allerdings zu 8 mit zwei Kindern durch den offenen Schlafbereich und fehlende Verstaumöglichkeiten zu eng und unruhig. Sauber, Kontakt problemlos
