Der Aufenthalt war super, die Lage und der Komfort waren so wie angegeben. Der Strand und der Fahrradweg nach Bansin, Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck und Swinemünde sind super. Echt toll, würde in den nächsten Jahren nochmal wieder kommen.

Es ist eine kalte, dunkle Kellerwohnung! Schlafzimmerfenster zur Eingangstür, Verwaltungsbüro direkt gegenüber. Man bekommt den ganzen Durchgangsverkehr mit.Scheint keine Sonne ,benötigt man auch tagsüber Licht. Wäsche muss im frei zugänglichen Wäscheraum getrocknet werden, weil in der Wohnung zu hohe Schimmelgefahr besteht! Für den riesigen Entlüfter ist man während seines Aufenthaltes selbst zuständig. Der Verwalter ist eher grummeliger Natur.Wir haben nach 2 Nächten ausgecheckt und über die KaiserbäderTourismus neu buchen lassen, um wenigstens noch ein paar erholsame Tage zu verbringen.
