Die Schlüsselübergabe war perfekt.Die Lage super.Die Fewo war gut, aber in die Jahre gekommen.Austattung alles da.Nur ein paar Sachen könnten für die Zukunft geändert werden.Die Vorhänge an den Gardienenstangen sollten in Ordnung gebracht werden.Die Grundreinigung sollte verbessert werden. Besonders in den Ecken des Bodens.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und für zwei Personen perfekt. Es ist sogar ein Eierpiekser vorhanden, großes Kino.:-) Im Schlafzimmer gibt es an jeder Seite eine Leselampe und Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten an den Fenstern. Einrichtung ist immer Geschmackssache, uns hat es gefallen. Es gibt Bücher und Spiele und der Wohnbereich ist gemütlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder und fühlen uns bei Vermietungen durch Frau Babbel immer sehr gut aufgehoben.

Eine schöne Wohnung, bei der der höhere Preis aufgrund der Ausstattung und besonders der Lage auch gerechtfertigt ist. Lediglich der Fernseher und der Receiver lassen sich nur schwer und kompliziert bedienen.
